Learn a Unique Type of Breathwork.

Become one of the few certified to teach Synesthetic Breathwork©, a form of breathwork that combines stroboscopic light with synchronized breathing to reach an altered states of consciousness.

As the breath deepens and finds its rhythm, the pulsing light stimulates the visual cortex, often generating vivid inner imagery, colors, geometric patterns, and symbolic landscapes—creating a synesthetic experience where breath, light, and perception merge.

The result is a powerful yet structured journey inward. Participants may access heightened creativity, emotional release, profound insights, or deeply meditative states beyond ordinary awareness.

Classes are mainly offered here in Oaxaca City, and the duration of the course is 100 hours. Contact for more information.

Jérémi

Awarded a diploma in Conscious Connected Breathing in 2023, Jérémi has been teaching classes ever since, continually refining his own style. Beyond breathwork, he is an avid student of spirituality and has studied Christianity, Gnosticism, Kabbalah, and the teachings of Gurdjieff, among many other spiritual traditions.

His philosophy is simple: define yourself by the way you treat others. Strong ethics, compassion, and a genuine love for what he does—and for the people he encounters—are what make him special.

Above all, James is a compassionate and understanding individual. He has deep mastery in the difficult subject of grief and teaches patience and trust in the process of life. For him, no symbol or synchronicity should be overlooked; rather, they should be integrated in a healthy and grounded way.

So keep your eyes and ears open. Whether you are seeking revelation, healing, or simply a better way to flow with life’s events, James has a calm soul that will help you see the way.

Your opinion matters, let's build a community together.

"I enrolled in a breathwork training program when I realized I wanted more from life than just work—I wanted to give back to those who struggle with anxiety, as I once did. After extensive research, I chose to travel to Oaxaca to reconnect with myself. Unlike the allure of places like Tulum, where spirituality can sometimes feel commercialized, this experience felt authentic and deeply grounded. It may very well have been one of the best decisions of my life."

Christina P
Business Owner

"I decided to take James and Jérémi’s breathwork class while working abroad in Mexico, simply to unwind. I was absolutely blown away. They taught me lessons I will cherish for a lifetime—both in my personal life and in my professional work."

Daniel

"From my very first experience, I felt deeply called to breathwork, but James and Jérémi made the journey of learning to teach truly worthwhile. Their experience, kindness, and the profound knowledge they shared will stay with me for a lifetime.

Thank you!"
